1. General Double Deadly (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website for the sale of apparel, accessories, handcrafted items, and cultural goods. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Availability Most items listed on our website are ready to ship and will be processed the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local business hours). Some items may be customized or made to order and will require additional processing time of a few business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary. Due to the handmade and handcrafted nature of some products, slight variations in colour, size, or detail may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
4. Orders & Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Orders are shipped using Shippo and selected shipping carriers. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping is at the buyer’s risk. Double Deadly is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived defective due to an error on our part. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Approved defects will be addressed at our discretion. All custom or personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, artwork, text, and branding, is the property of Double Deadly and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Use of Website You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website, its services, or other users.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Deadly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
